Designed to compliment the New Berlin City Center mixed-use development, this project provides 84 units of rowhouse and apartment-style condominiums with underground parking. The development is oriented to provide views to a wetland conservancy area to the south. Twelve rowhouses form an urban-like street edge and, along with the new public library, help to form a sort of public square. Each rowhouse unit includes an individual entrance, two bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, private balcony, fireplace, bonus room and 2-car garage at the rear of the ground level. For the 16- and 56-unit buildings each dwelling unit includes a private balcony, fireplace and a parking space in the underground parking structure. All upper-level units feature a two-story living room area, overlooked by a bonus loft space with dormered windows.
