CHRYSALIS: HOME STUDIO was established in 1994 to provide residential design services. New homes, additions, whole-house remodels.

Versed in most styles of architecture, although tend towards such styles as arts & crafts, bungalow, craftsman, contemporary, cottage, deco, mission, modern, prairie, usonian, etc.

Design/business philosophy:
A home should be simultaneously in harmony with its site, its inhabitants, and an established budget.

Design process includes:
+ initial consultation/meeting at no charge (within reason).
+ listening to the client's concerns, goals and ideas without preconceptions (sketches / images / ideabooks welcome).
+ presenting creative solutions to the client (and builder), in order to receive feedback as to aesthetics (and budget).
+ further refinement and final design, such that the client's goals will be achieved.
