CoachUp is a service that connects athletes with private coaches. We believe that private coaching is the secret to reaching the next level in sports + life. Our vision is to help kids change the trajectory of their lives through sports.

I'm Lead Designer and Product Manager. I make sure that bugs and new features get through the pipeline on time, and that they look good!

* Manage product dev workflow: bug reporting, ideation, requirements gathering, documentation, resource allocation, sketches, designs, design resources. We use Asana + Trello.
* Build interaction flows and site wireframes using Omnigraffle

Moving Metrics is a web platform that helps brands find and hire niche YouTube influencers to produce integrated/branded video content. Our network of content creators deliver brands millions of targeted views to niche-specific audiences. We are an official Google partner and YouTube Multi-Channel Network.

* In charge of strategy, design, and usability for each of our web products: Moving Metrics, BeautyMotive, internal & external tools, company YouTube properties.
* Lead focus groups with local users and usability tests with remote users. Incorporate feedback into an iterative design cycle.
* Mandate tools and software used by the company to facilitate all business transactions.
* Pitch, sell, speak, attend conferences, facilitate user and brand communities.

Brought on to architect a major site redesign/new product development in the social music discovery space.

IDG is a global, Fortune 500 publisher with thousands of employees worldwide. Each of our online brand properties generate 100k-1m pageviews/day. I designed wireframes, ads, graphics, and interface elements for the following brands: Computerworld, NetworkWorld, ITWorld, CIO, CSO, ITNews, CFOWorld, InfoWorld, and TechDispenser.

* Research demographics, profile users, build personas, conduct usability tests, conduct surveys, and conduct A/B split tests to understand and optimize conversion.
