Paste Up Magazines from the 1980's
In the 1980's In the pre digital era I worked as a paste up artist at Northern & Shell on the Isle of Dogs in London.
Magazines worked on included International Musician, One Two Testing, Bicycle Magazine, Cooks Weekly, Penthouse, Video Magazine and Forum. print was created on the Linotron, run throughthe waxer and cut and pasted onto artboard. Images were dropped into boxes drawn by Rotring pen with corners made by scapel. Mono images were pasted in halftones.
