Brand development for Lake Nona Medical Arts, a facility with a holistic approach to wellness.
The design came to fruition through research on natural medicinal practices and regeneration in nature. Nearly all practices pointed toward plants for their medicinal qualities. Plants are “soft” and organic in nature and evoke a sense of life, growth and healing. Further research led to plant fractals, which inspired the vector patterns used in the designs. These patterns are comprised of smaller shapes that repeat themselves to create larger shapes, also symbolizing the idea of growth and becoming something greater. In nature, these repeated patterns are referred to as “the golden ratio.”
These ideas align with Lake Nona’s mission as a medical facility and represent them properly through the designs.
