Structure:
1) Define the culture of the organization.
2) Is the organization properly aligned along the UX continuum.
3) Assess the deficiencies in the current model.
4) Build a persuasive argument advocating change.
5) Outline strategy for implementing change within the organization, focusing on the most critical and feasible steps.
