Key person for all design relevant questions for licence holder design team and ESPRIT internal

Mentor licence holder design teams in the following areas:
creating ESPRIT products
achieving briefed goals&expectations
oversee and guide extern design work
create and strengthen ESPRIT product language

Strong teamwork together with ESPRIT licence managers and merchandise managers
