Back Bay Mediatheque
The Boston Children’s Mediatheque is a children's mediatheque complete with two cinemas, two theaters, a library, and a gallery space. The design is based on field conditions across time. By studying the field condition of traffic speeds and accelerations around the site and the field conditions of the densities of different program elements, a unit aggregates across the site itself to create its own field system.
