SCAD is collaborating with Fossil to research, idealize, develop concepts for five collections of 2015 Men's watches.

SCAD is collaborating with Hewlett-Packard to research and develop concepts for a new Out of the Box Experience, for both packaging and content, that effectively delights consumers with their Ink and Combo Pack purchase. I worked as team leader and financial manager.

- Reviewed the influence made by Jialing Group on China’s Industrial Design based on the interview of several elder statesmen and made a forecast on Jialing Group’s future developing trend and direction.
- Explored a more effective way for the facture of the clay model and resolved the problems by improving the scheme.
- Successfully troubleshot technical and operational challenges when operating machine tools including general machine tools and CNC machine tools.
- Optimized the dismounting and assembling procedure of motorcycle to raise the overall convenience, high efficiency and security.
- Directly supervised 4 students as a team leader, resolved conflicts and ensured effective collaboration between a widely diverse staff with sometimes competing priorities.

- Fabricated low-volume parts by operating mainly general lathes and successfully overcame technical and operational issues.
- Assisted producing parts with high precision and complicated shape using mould and CNC cutting equipment (LS-WEDM).
- Assigned as a group leader of 5 interns, resolved conflicts and ensured effective collaboration between a widely diverse staffs with sometimes competing priorities.
