Crystallize - This booklet is a visual narrative of the verb crystallize. The first half of the book shows the process of making a single crystal. The second half reveals the complexity that occurs when that single crystal grows and repeats. The background imagery is the interior of caves, the atmosphere in which crystallization occurs. If pulled out to it’s full accordion length, the book creates a spectrum alluding to the pH scale, referencing how caves form through the combination of a base and acid.
