- Contributing designer for Bright Starts, Baby Einstein, and Oball brands
- Managing junior and mid level designers
- Designing for multiple product categories, including gear, play gyms, and plush toys
- Have had successful products sold at Walmart, Target, Babies R US, Buy Buy Baby, and Burlington Coat Factory, as well as several international retailers
- Creating trend-driven prints, patterns, and color palettes and applying to product
- Creating detailed technical spec packages for manufacturers in Asia - Material sourcing
- 3D product design, including plush toy construction and cut and sew development for our gear platforms
- Working with freelancers for additional character and print development, as well as sample-based needs such as embroideries
- Traveling domestically and internationally to research market trends by attending trade shows as well as competitive shopping
- Occasional travel to Asia to oversee production and meet tight deadlines
