Creating products, packaging and collateral for at least 30 new products every season requiring creative vision, organization and excellent design skills. Meeting the challenge of Nike's expectations and creating cutting edge sports accessories season after season was a fantastic opportunity. Understanding how to meet the needs of my immediate supervisor and the creative director at Nike developed my creative diplomacy and sped-up approval timelines.

I created all packaging plus print advertising, samples/promotions, POP, collateral materials to support the mass beauty brand. Freeman's product development model follows trends in mass retailing, requiring multiple, innovative design executions that get to market while the trend is still fresh. I supervised 1 in house designer and several freelancers.

Sourced componentry, designed packaging and collateral for Rockwood brands and private labels. Developed relationships with fillers, packaging manufacturers, printers and decorators to meet deadlines in tight turn-around situations. Developed hair-growth line exclusively for CVS. Accounts included GNC, K-Mart, Costco and QVC.

Then, designed unique packaging pieces for primary product, pallet trays, panels and etegres for each quarterly shipment. Created packaging for fitness equipment for house brands Marika, Bally, Zobha and Balance, making sure each line maintained it's distinct identity. Developed creative work order system to add process to growing creative demands from company expansion including new marketing, ecomm and merchandising departments.
