This is one of two modern homes I designed and 3D modeled from blank sheet in 5 weeks for a real estate developer in southern Thailand.

I researched Thai architectural vernacular and cultural traditions to create a one-level, three-bedroom, three and a half bath floor plan that integrates an office, natural pool, glass enclosed corridors and expansive outdoor living spaces.

The wraparound deck with deep overhangs allow interaction with the stunning outdoors even during heavy and frequent rainfall for which southern Thailand is know for. The home sits on raised piers as is Thai tradition, to maintain living paces dry during Monsoon season.
