I am an accomplished designer, with more than 12 years of experience leading interior design and architecture, remodeling and decoration projects primarily in the commercial sector. I possess first rate project management project skills and a strong creative flair. Now I would like to bring my talents and expertise to work for your company and be a part of it. For the past nine years I have operated as a private consultant, serving as project manager for interior design and decoration, renovation construction and other projects for companies such as Peperoni Group, Bona S.A., CCN, El catador and many others. I have the proven ability to develop and managed budgets and all project phases, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to purchasing, color, and material selection and contractor management. I am deeply involved with each step of a project, serving as the client's liaison to architects, service providers, vendors and contractors. During this time I have worked on undertaking such as three year, constantly expanding projects for Peperoni Group, Bona s.a, CCN and El catador, where I directed the initial design and decoration for their new locations and then led similar projects for them as they expanded. This involved real estate selection and approval, renovations, furniture and equipment purchases, technology, implementations and color scheme determination. I have performed similar projects for other companies. I am adept at cost management, purchasing, contract negotiations, and client relations. Although the majority of my work has been commercial in nature, my creative flair and supervisory talents lend themselves equally well to some residential projects as well, as I have grown maturely on my work and career its also the moment to grown in hand with a big company that represents my similar objects and passions.
