My task was to develop a brand strategy for this digital food safety tracking system for the restaurant industry. We started with an attention grabbing brand name and logo identity. The plan was to illustrate how the app, printer, and exclusive washaway labels provide an easy cost-effective solution for tracking food rotation. We designed the web site to demonstrate this, featuring a homepage banner animation/slideshow showing the process from start to finish. Infographics and visual animations of the system were designed to depict how the system works and to outline the features. Design and development of email campaigns and promotional materials support the brand strategy and introduce and inform customers of new products and features. With the success the B2B version Spoiler Alert introduced the Spoiler Alert @Home version for consumers. The Grocery Planner module was added to allow users to create shopping lists, plan meals, and alert them when they need to purchase specific items.
