People always talk about design thinking. I believe design thinking should be practical and not masked in philosophical conceptual perceptions. I've been successfully developing my design thinking through practical application for more than 25 years.
This success has come from being a creative who’s passionate about the process. The brain storming, concepting, scratch padding, and fun associated with creating great work as a team.
I’ve held several senior positions, creating, directing and managing teams. Being a hands on creative has helped me become a better manager.
These days, I'm inclined to pursue opportunities that benefit the organization more than myself. I’m looking to partner with groups where idealism trumps cynicism and personal integrity carries the day.
