I managed the Creative Services Department to create all print and digital advertising, sales and promotional material for two professional sports teams, and simultaneously managed the hiring, training and execution of the Production Department, which was responsible for producing each home game. This includes in-game events (replay, sponsors, PA announcer, cameras, etc.), and in-game entertainment (contests between innings, national anthem, sponsored events, etc.).
• Grew our previously established, three-year-old YouTube channel to over 5x its original installed subscriber base and 6x its original view statistics, while also establishing and growing a new YouTube channel to a similar size for a new team
• Kept Creative Services and Production departments under budget each year despite two separate budget cuts of 50% or more, without letting quality slip in any area
• Organized a new production and broadcast standard that would save over $20,000 in the short term and over $10,000 per year after that
