As a graduate of Industrial Design with a minor in Psychology, I am passionate about people and their experiences; the way we perceive, feel, and react to the world around us. Through design, I believe we can foster human relationships and support a network of knowledge and understanding.
My goal is to love what I do. I want to go to work everyday knowing that I am adding to my immediate and global community by making meaningful human connections and applying creative design with sensibility.

Experience DesignerCanadian Children's MuseumSep 2009 - Apr 2010 (7 months)Through the exploration of responsive sensor-based technology, I designed and developing elements of a theatre exhibit within the Canadian Children’s Museum. The result was "Theatricks", an interactive sound-effects system to enhance visitor participation and creative narration within the exhibit.

Dutch Design Internnpk designJul 2008 - Dec 2008 (5 months)npk design is an international design agency located in the Netherlands; a strong partner in the development, design, and realization of diverse products for the brand and market of its clients. Here I completed a six month internship where I was responsible for research, concept development, drawing, and rough modeling. As a trainee, I had a hand in every stage of the product design process, from attending client meetings to viewing prototype samples from outsourced manufacturers.
