Duties: Documentation and Engineering Control of acquired Filler Machinery line. Redesign of missing components. Machined, Sand Cast, Formed Sheet metal, Weldments/Soldering, Die stamping/cutting type Detail, and Assembly Drawings. Other Duties include prototype design, product verification, and on-site production/service repair technician.

Duties: Produce and maintain AutoCAD Assembly, Detail, and 3D solid model drawing files of miniature hard disk drives, Engineering Assembly tooling design. ECO processing and transfer of deliverable packages to Japan. Create PCC, PCB, Schematic, and Bill of Materials document in PADS Perform and Logic. Generate Gerber plot data from AutoCAD drawings using GerbArt. Specification writing for PCB, and other components. Novell Network workstation set-up, software install, and maintenance technician. Vendor interface and scheduling.

Duties include designing, thermal and structural/vibration FEA and physical analysis and testing of the mechanical designs of Military, Construction, and Survey GPS receivers from MRD/contract/bid stage through design, and release to production. Coordinate an international team of analysts, designers, and drafters to produce products that perform "to required" specifications with an emphasis on manufacturability and cost savings. Review and update products with low yield or qual test failures to improve the operation of the product.
