Develop creative designs including layout, color selections and/or illustrations for marketing collateral and other design projects. Refine conceptual designs and ideas into computer images using specific, specialized software packages and products. Work with internal/external clients on creative strategy, pitch design creative options, successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detail design and rationale both verbally and visually and persuade. Monitor art preparation guidelines and recommend technical and procedural updates as needed to maintain consistency and quality control.
