- Led a cross-enterprise effort to identify and test a new to VSP product category through consumer facing online pilots to understand desirability and inform a widespread commercial launch.
- Rapidly designed and produced 50k units of a reusable faceshield that offered unique flexibilility for long term comfort while also accomodating the needs of eyeglass wearers.
- Created a new in-store consumer eyewear buying experience that reduced consumers paradox of choice in the eyewear selection process. Tested concept through a real-world pilot in Eyeconic first brick and mortar location.
- Designed and manufactured a low volume smart eyewear test mule, DevKit, allowing VSP to partner internally and externally and explore various use cases for wearable technology.

Worked with designers, licensors, brand managers, and end users to ensure the design of eyewear and snowboard google collections aligned with business and user needs.
- Established a new design team and design direction for the Columbia eyewear brand. Directed the team through research, design, and development of the launch eyewear collection targeting ourdoor enthusiast.
- Led initial research and design of the Nike 2020 track and field eyewear collection with a focus on bringing higher levels of performance and style to athletes.
- Redefined the Nike Golf eyewear category by introducing a new performance lens tint allowing golfers to better “read the green” while also introducing fashion forward style direction for the frame collection.

- Created the first unifying design direction for the Nike Vision eyewear brand and translated this across all eyewear categories creating a cohesive look, feel, and function.
- Developed a new lens design and manufacturing process, in collaboration with Carl Zeiss, that increased ventilation, visual acuity, and design possibilities for performance eyewear. Launched this product innovation with the Nike Wing and Vaporwing Elite at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
- Led design team in introducing a new product category, snow googles, for the Nike Vision eyewear brand.
- Redefined the look and feel of Nike Flexon by creating a new manufacturing method with external partners.
- Established creative direction and designed the optical launch collection of Dragon Alliance Eyewear.
