Dutch Bart van den Bogaard has over 20 years experience in motorcycle and motorcycle parts design. Studied Design at the HKU, the Utrecht school of Arts in Holland. From 1999 he worked as a full-time freelance motorcycle designer. After 10 at B-art he got the opportunity to work full time for the well know accessories developer Touratech in Germany. In the summer of 2016 he joined the design team at BRP (Ski-doo, Sea-doo, Can-am, Spyder, Lynx, Rotax) in Valcourt Canada.

  Touratech develops parts for long distance travel, road and rally bikes.
  The company designs, develops and fabricates most of the 5000+ parts in house and sells world wide under the Touratech brand. Working with 8 developers I design parts in tube and sheet, aluminum, Stainless steel, CNC cut and milled, plastics,fabrics and more. Next to this we also work for and with Motorcycle manufacturers like BMW, KTM, Husqvarna, Suzuki.
  Special projects are:NUDA-X-Cross Erzberg rodeo 2012. Suzuki urbanXover Special based on the 2011 DL 650 V-strom, presented on the IAA (Frankfurt Car show). BMW F800ScrambleR, R 1200 Rallye , Honda Africa Twin Rallye.
