Worked as a remote member of the Corporate Marketing Communications team based in Nashville as well as the on site graphic artist for the Document Serivces division in OKC. Time management is essential in completing projects assigned by the Nashville office for national marketing in conjunction with the daily requests of colleagues in the OKC office.

Position Highlights
* In my first year at CSI I designed the national ad campaign, which ran successfully for two years
* Served as project manager during creative director's vacations
* Volunteered to redesign all (20+) product brochures to ensure a consistent look and feel throughout
* Co-lead the Landing Page/Email Marketing Task Force to optimize performance of these two marketing tools to capture leads. This includes formulating best practices as well as A/B testing
* Design, maintain and archive custom artwork for (100+) banks including customer statements, eStatement banners and logos, etc.
* Brand officer for OKC branch, which includes ensuring that all use of the CSI logo is in accordance with brand guidelines as well as creating new signage for the OKC office to improve professionalism and promote the CSI brand
* Produced Customer Conference signage, web and social media graphics, agendas and sponsorship packets and contributed ideas for branding the conference center/hotel

Worked as a member of a new marketing team where I helped develop a marketing strategy, conceptualized and produced promotional campaigns, designed campus signage and created a course catalog that fit the look and feel of the professional brand that EOC Tech was striving for.

* Consulted on design of EOC Tech's new website and created all graphics
* Branded the Adlult Day Center housed on EOC Tech's campus
* Designed new layout for seasonal course catalogs, previously outsourced
* Developed and designed application packet for EOC Tech's brand new pre-engineering program
* Designed graduation invitations and signage yearly * Worked with district high schools to format and design student handbooks as well as designing EOC Tech's student and employee handbooks

Worked as a proactive member of MNTC's Creative Team, responsible for the development of timely and accurate advertisements, brochures and special projects to enhance promotional campaigns for potential students and clients. Worked closely with subject matter experts on content and visual presentation elements to meet their requests and deadlines, while continually giving formal and informal updates on project status. Responsible for district advertising list including management of ad deadlines and content to vendors.

Position Hightlights
* Conceptualized and developed a College and Career Planning Guide for Moore and Norman Public Schools high school students and parents from a 100+ page, unformatted Word document
* Worked with MNTC Creative Coordinator to design a Planning Booklet for Parents of 6th - 12th grade students
* Designed logo and T-shirts for MNTC's Summer Youth Academy (SYA) 2009 and 2010. Worked with SYA coordinator to update brochure
* Updated logos to refresh MNTC's Career Awareness Night event, designed T-shirts, posters and other printed materials for promotion of event also served as an event assistant
* Assisted and managed a heavy print project schedule to support MNTC's Future Now! high school recruitment campaign. Projects included designing laminated hallway signs, directional signage for student tours, course specific promotional items, direct mail pieces and many other items. Also participated in on-and-off-site speaking and tour events to supplement the Future Now! campaign
