Involved in all stages of product design from conceptualization to mould production and in-house manufacture primarily for the domestic and commercial maritime industry, aswell as mining, fire safety and camping and recreation industries. Products have mainly been directed for the Australian market. Various projects have seen moulds and products designed reach Asia, India and the UAE markets.

Specialising in the following processes: Plastic roto-moulding, CNC routing, aluminium and steel detailing, reinforced precast concrete, and mould design and manufacture.

Software utilized: Solidworks, AutoCAD 2D &3D.

Used Microstation and AutoCAD to draft mainly CR Bridges, retaining walls and other civil-structures in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Worked in the Building Structures department using Microstation and AutoCAD to draft buildings of various specifications including high-rise residential commercial and specified lab and services buildings eg. hospitals.

Worked on small to large-scale maritime projects including wharves, marine offloading facilities and riverbank stabilization.

Produced design and detail drawings for various other disciplines of engineering.

Carried out document control and administrative duties using local and internet based databases.
