Description:
Senior Graphic Designer key responsibilities (under supervision of the Creative Director) with all In-House material (print and digital) for a variety of departments and needs:
Create necessary brand guidelines, enforce and refresh existing brands as well as mentor and inspire the other designers in the studio design team (staff, freelance, interns, etc.).
Also collaborate with the advertising and creative team, as well as the account team and different department heads to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels. Participate with project managers in creating accurate “costings” and delivering projects in a timely manner and within budget.

Description:
• Uses knowledge of current graphic software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, and other collateral material.
• Work closely with vendors on project specifications and production, obtaining competitive quotes for internal design projects.
• Review and verify vendor color proofs and attend press check as needed.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the design and print fields. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Makes changes to design based on feedback from management and others.
• Stays abreast of any industry-wide changes in design philosophy and any new tools and technology.
• Collaborates with Advertising team on design and delivery of collateral material.
• Manage stress and meet tight deadlines.
• Meet with the advertising team to discuss upcoming projects or work in progress.
• Modify designs based on feedback from various departments and managers.
• Be creative and "think outside the box" to create designs to the standards of Sandals and Beaches advertising and marketing out in the field.
• Make suggestions on design based on the feedback of the project.
• Prepare materials for print i.e. collect for output, color correct photography and manipulate images.
