Work closely with product development team to conceptualize and develop brand identities for new product lines, including: mood boards, logo, taglines, photography, and trade dress. Brands include: Story Magic, FidgiWear, GenMe, PlastiTaffy, Vendees, Tie-dye, My Fairy Doorways, Just My Style Make & Believe, Your Decor, along with numerous unbranded and club kits.
Work with Shanghai office in final production, color proofing, and reviewing of printed samples.

• Design all promotional and support material for education division, including postcards, mailers, pamphlets, sell-sheets, banners, and tradeshow displays. Created and implemented branding for over 13 company products. Design packaging for over 25 new products in the education division.
• Produce sales catalogs from inception to completion, including cover design, page layout, digital image manipulation, copywriting, editing, and creating and incorporating illustrations, headers, and icons. 14 catalogs to date (200 pages each).
• Create website graphics and illustrations, develop monthly eblasts and gimmicks to increase hits, and assist webmaster in maintenance. Constructed new site map and reorganized product placement for customer user-friendliness.
• Manage all in-house photography. Work with off-site photographers in setting up studio shots of products for catalog covers and company products.
• Coordinate with marketing department for advertising campaigns and meet advertising deadlines.
• Refined company image through contemporary catalog design and product branding, using package design and labeling.
