As a good team player, Ashutosh follows user-centered design approach, where solutions are designed considering user's emotions, feelings, cognition, culture and lifestyle to make life easy. Ashutosh strongly believes in an approach of self-derived or created framework.
His job responsibilities involved Design thinking methodology, User Research, User Experience design and strategies, Usability guidance, creative conceptualization for desktop and mobile applications, corporate training and mentorship, and research interests in Internet f things (IoT).
With over 9 yrs of work experience in multidisciplinary, multi cultural teams including colleagues from South Korea, Italy, Japan and Netherlands as well as clients from France and Netherlands, Germany, USA shows his excellent inter and intra-team co-ordination with effective communication skills.
