Andy Schultz is a User Experience (UX) professional specializing in creating engaging and fun multi-channel user experiences. Through his unique approach to “gaining insight & greater intelligence” about how people live, work and play, he uses primary and secondary research to identify and fulfill the aspirations & unmet needs of customers. These insights are then articulated into digital solutions across various product platforms ensuring the user experience meets and exceeds customer expectations.
His passion lies in understanding complex data and making sense of it using models and interactive prototypes that speak the to the heart of customer and business needs. He enjoys consulting with students, entrepreneurs and early stage start-ups to solve user-centered design problems.
Andy holds a Master's degree in Design Planning from IIT-Institute of Design. He is also passionate about merging design and business together to create solutions that contribute to a better world. He also has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design. Andy has worked and consulted for some the world's best and most recognized company's; GM, Phillip Morris, Leo Burnett, and Kohler Company.
