You Are My Wings
This piece is of two original characters created by myself, sharing the eternal warmth and bond of friendship. Originally illustrated with ink, watercolor, COPIC marker and colored pencil on parchment, the figures and the patterning around them were then meticulously cut out by hand with an X-acto blade. This top layer was then adhered to a prepared and stained piece of bark paper, backed by a large sheet of illustration board.
