Select furniture and finishes for high end hospitality projects. Create FFE Specifications with SpecSource Software. Produce interior design sets documenting the remodel changes or new construction using AutoCAD. Photoshop/Render Interior Elevations to give clients better visuals. Attend and coordinate meetings with Clients, Architects, GC, Purchasing Agents, and or vendors to get the design intent across and for the project to run as smoothly as possible. Reviewed PO’s, Submittals, shop drawings, and CFA’s.

Coordinate all incoming bids in a very busy company. Assign bids to Estimator according to work load and or
expertise. Keep vendors updated with future bidding projects in order to receive competitive quotes by our bid
deadline. Prepare a weekly report demonstrating our weekly bid activity among our sales team as well as a bid
forecast. Prepare Submittals per specs for Engineers review once awarded a project. Collect closeout
documentation such as warranties and asbuilts to be sent to our clients after job completions. Keep up our
Trade Registration with numerous cities. Pull permits and call in inspections

Worked directly under Creative Principal Andrew Staffelbach, transferring his ideas into a schematic design
format. Worked closely with visualization to ensure the renderings reflected the latest design. Assisted the
production team drafting design development and construction documents.n.

Used Computer Software to create drawings for conceptual/construction purposes. Problem solved to keep designs architecturally correct. Worked within Building Code Regulations and Standards. Regulated workflow of multiple projects. Stayed on task to complete deadlines in a hectic work environment.

Created as-built drawings from gathered information such as surveys, photographs, and videos. Proposed floor plan changes to include upgraded equipment while increasing productivity to meet the chain restaurant’s high demand. Used each individual store’s sales information to determine areas in need of improvisation. Finalized drawings with the necessary electrical and plumbing information.

Worked directly under Senior Designer Jeannine Bazer. Drafted the entire interior design set for bidding and design purposes. Coordinated with MEP, city planners, architects, and other consultants to ensure functionality of design. Created specifications for the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Followed-up with vendors and manufacturers for purchasing and procurement purposes.
