• Gather, validate and relay information pertinent on developments and trends in the market and competitors.
• Makes banquet packages to lead in more revenues.
• Prepares the following reports: Weekly Group Backlog Report, Monthly Profit & Loss Report (Monthly), Actualized Banquet Revenue per market segment report (Monthly), Budget Revenue forecast, Budget Expense forecast, and the Property Goal Setting Report.
