Direct the production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications. - Verifying that project solutions and technical documentation are appropriate and in compliance with schedule, construction cost, production budget, and quality requirements. - Verifying Code studies and confirm that technical solutions conform to requirements and standards. Role: preparing space program Group leader for a team responsible for preparing a strategic demolishing/constructing phasing scheduled for the existing working medical facilities in the construction site, producing preliminary design drawings (including 3d perspectives, colored plans & layouts) - leading an engineering team responsible for preparing construction documents using Autodesk Revit. - 100 bed general Hospital, Jazan, K.S.A.
