As Design Strategist, I focus on the initial phases of the design process where problems are ill-defined and need to be validated through direct research data. Primary design research methods includes stakeholder interviews, surveys, customer journeys, stakeholder mapping, value mapping, technology scouting, trend research, etc. The outcome of my work can take the shape of strategic artefacts like design toolkits, design innovation visions, innovation roadmaps. These design tools provide businesses with human-centered intelligence that helps them navigate the constant transformations they need to go through.
