Crū Footwear
Cru is a small lifestyle sock brand based in New York City. I was approached to create a custom wordmark that could be easily replicated in textile and separate the brand from its competition in the urban lifestyle market. The first line of printed socks drew inspiration from the colorways and textures found on popular cigarette packaging and New York City sports team jerseys, and patterns were created with the wordmark for use on printed collateral.
