Anthony Carlo

I started with Sherwin-Williams in 2008 as a part-timer. I began my career at the Mockingbird and Abrams location in Dallas Texas, which led to three other transfers and promotions before achieving the assistant manager position in Gun Barrel City. Working for this company has taught me the skills needed to effectively use business management. Having worked at four different stores, I understand the importance of adapting to the ever-changing needs of customers/consumers as well as team members. Using what I have learned, I know to have a successful business, time management and putting the consumer first is priority. Sherwin-Williams treated me well and I have no complaints. They have given me the knowledge I believe is adequate to be a good leader and team member for any company.
