Leah Macey

I am an experienced graphic designer with four years of professional work under my belt. I graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Houston. I was a design intern at the Houston Zoo for just shy of a year and for over three years have been working for Good Project, a small creative branding firm. I am fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite programs including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and have some experience with After Effects and Flash. I am proficient in print production and have web experience with HTML and CSS. I am extremely detail oriented and have quite the talent for editing and catching spelling and grammatical errors! I am used to working on several projects at a time, multitasking and managing my time accordingly. I have a deep understanding of design principles, layout and typography. I also have skills in drawing, painting and photography which I think is an extra plus that can come in handy. I am also very responsible, hardworking, respectful and positive, so I'm really easy get along with.
