Implemented strategies to grow print in The UPS Store Network. Conducted research, identified areas of opportunity and worked directly with vendors, Area Support and Franchisees nationwide to grow print revenue.
• Assist with new marketing program evaluations to increase print sales.
• Manage online print platform and provide world class customer service to the franchisee network and customers including problem solving to ensure customer expectations / issues are resolved. Worked with website Project Manager on all graphics and copy on the online print website: upsstoreprintshop.com.
• Evaluate equipment and software to align industry trends with the print strategy.
• Support the Print Training effort in the UPS Store University and identify new training opportunities.
• Provide graphic design support to cross functional teams to support online print initiatives and marketing campaigns. Including special projects for area management to be showcased at various UPS Stores.

Provided Graphic Design services for local SD clients including fitness, BMG music CD packaging, invitations, posters, stationary packages, photography, banners, logo and identity packages, business cards and much more. Currently providing contract graphic design services for the United States Navy.

Lead all graphic design efforts; produced apparel, construction signage, brochures, ads, fliers, and other marketing collateral for company/client presentations. Including management of tradeshow booth signage.
• Lead photographer for employee, event and project shoots; managed the company photo library.
• Provided graphic design and marketing assistance to Web Designer, Sr. Proposal Manager and Business Development Manager as well as training support and PowerPoint classes to staff companywide.
• Protected brand image through development and consistent use of templates, correct logo usage and identity systems.
• Provided marketing assistance to PR firms and event planning and coordination.

Designed and produced international sales and marketing collateral for print and website use including:
• Proposals, ads, charts, 200+ datasheets, GUI interfaces and CD packaging. Original print design for tradeshows. As well as advertisements, flyers, promotional offerings, postcards, invitations, posters, banners and mousepads.
• Manipulation of original photography and creation of line art for multinational conglomerate product inventory support materials distributed to international sales force.
• Preparation of files for output to global translation companies.
