* Standardize and maintain rigorous standards and guidelines for iconic brand in both Private Label Packaging and Brand Design.
* Prepare editorial content, translations, dielines, images, color correction and layouts to route for approval. Implement all edits, create files for release, and approve printer proofs.
* Sole artist on Seasonal print pieces for stores, consisting of 44 Flipbooks and over 200 signs in multiple languages.
* Train full-time and freelance design and production associates in procedures and standards.

* Update and maintain College's main website and multiple microsites
* Solely responsible for development and management of Wordpress-based microsite for monthly print publication
* Design and produce web graphics based on established print pieces
* Generate monthly traffic reports for each area of the website * Manage the conversion of current HTML site to CMS

* Preflight, retouch and convert Adobe files to CorelDraw to work with proprietary template software.
* Traffic, budget, evaluate and archive new and working files. Maintain budget hours and present them to account managers on weekly basis.
* Solely responsible for pre-press production of $3 million client, Sprint COOP. Produced fliers, direct mail, door hangers and other various POS pieces on very aggressive deadlines.

* Responsible for all production work in an established, extremely fast-paced ad agency.
* Head up day-to-day pre-press workflow for all projects including direct mail, outdoor media, print and packaging to meet tight deadlines.
* Streamline job budgets by organizing with internal departments and vendors
* Perform office duties such as billing, ordering supplies and archiving work.
