Currently operating on a BT Contract as a call centre operative, dealing with new and existing customers looking to buy services or cancel them. Personal sales targets are agreed with managers but statistics and my progress is very self-focused. During my time in this position I have dealt with all manner of customer complaints and queries and this often requires quick-thinking and great people skills. I have been with BT from the start of their launch of the incredibly successful BT Sport, as well as the continual roll-out of fibre optic Broadband across the UK, changes to their BT TV service, and most recently the launch of BT Mobile. * Key successes in this position I have had would be numerous occasions where I have met and exceeded my sales targets, and at one point I was the highest selling advisor of BT's charity scheme "The Supporter's Club" on our whole centre. During my tenure, on occasion I have also set aside my own free time to grow or learn new skills, assist my managers, or to coach fellow peers. I am also proud to say during my complete time with BT I have 100% attendance.

This was a temporary position while studying during a busy seasonal period in Manchester's flagship store. I worked predominantly on the sales floor either at the front of the store greeting and assisting customers, or on a specific department sometimes juggling several customers and their needs at once. This position required me to be very well presented, efficient, and assertive while dealing with customers face-to-face, as well as general upkeep of the store and keeping it organised.
