I research, write about, and design for human issues at intersections with technology.
My process is informed by a background in cultural analysis, critical theory, technical writing, and interaction design. I use design thinking, contextual awareness, and critical perspectives to query assumptions, understand needs and desires, articulate insights, and propose meaningful, user-centred design responses at the sites of human-technology and human-service interactions.
I’m interested in how we use and experience technologies new and old to read, write, exchange information, share ideas, preserve knowledge, navigate, and connect.
