Curate and direct overall design aesthetic for Women's & Girl's Performance Outerwear, Lifestyle Outerwear, and Apparel (knits and wovens) as well as Men's/ Women's/ & Youth Winter Accessories (beanies, socks, base layer, face layer). Manage team of 4 in house designers as well as external contract designers. Approve and guide team members' design work as well as personally design a portion of the line.

Design within tight margin restrictions, travel to and work directly with factories overseas, present design concepts in front of large groups of people including design & business leadership and professional athletes. -Nominated to be member of Nike Global Trend Council -Designated designer for NBA athlete Chris Paul's signature cut & sew collection

Men's & Women's Outerwear, Apparel & Accessories for Snowboarding, Skate & Surf. Provided color & creative direction, designed cut & sew, labels & trims, prints & patterns, t-shirt graphics, fit, and fabric and provided tech packs and comments to factory. Established timelines & managed team members to maintain deadlines. Collaborated with pro athletes to design their signature product. -Developed & Managed integration of Improved Technical Design Process -Designed best selling women's product in the history of the company -Created number one selling men's t-shirt design and women's t-shirt design for FW 11/12 line -Lead design for technical snow gloves, technical outerwear, and all women's apparel & accessories

As part of a team of 4 designers, I created complete outerwear collections for Burton Men's, Women's, B by Burton, Ronin, Restricted, The White Collection, and Analog for FW 09/10, 10/11, & 11/12 seasons. I also did apparel, product, & graphic design for a variety of action sports clients during Burton off-season. BURTON Men's & Women's Technical Outerwear, Fleece, Layering, Gloves & Boots including cut & sew design, labels & trims, patterns & prints, and color direction -Designed plaid print used on 2010 U.S. Olympic Snowboard Team Uniform -Lead Designer for B by Burton & The White Collection Women's for FW 11/12 ADIDAS ORIGINALS Men's Streetwear including tops, bottoms, & outerwear -Provided the color and print direction used for the Burton/ Adidas colab. SPY Men's & Women's Streetwear, Goggles & Sunglasses. I designed apparel for Euro market and created color direction & tech design for eyewear QUIKSILVER/ ROXY Men's & Women's Watches and Handbags. I created & applied color direction & tech design for watches and illustration rendering for handbags.
