Ana María Argüezo was raised in the small town of Humacao, Puerto Rico. In 2007 she enrolled at EAP, a prestigious art school in San Juan, PR. Living in the capital opened her outlook on her life and future. In 2008 she came to the U.S. to continue her education in Industrial Design at Appalachian State University. There, she perfected her English and was immersed in the American culture.
In May 2011, she graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Industrial Design with a concentration in Product Design and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Ana plans to pursue an Industrial Design career with a focus on the business of design, environmental design and consumer products.She aspires to be involved in the developement of the increasingly evolving design and entrepreneurial movements of Puerto Rico and other parts of latinamerica.
