Developed prepress ready mechanicals for labels, cartons and shrinkwraps; retouched Photoshop images; created mock-ups for in-house review and client sales samples; trained and supervised new employees in production techniques and requirements; developed line extensions for new varieties and types of packaging; final preparation of files for prepress production and trapping utilizing Esko.

Established and maintained archiving procedures, performed graphic design revisions, established and distributed color standards, managed and trained department to implement company-wide electronic routing for mechanical approvals, developed FileMaker database forms for department, established departmental procedures with manager.

Assisted in development of concept sketches, renderings, presentation drawings, CAD layouts, and model making designed promotional mailings and established a resource library.

Assisted designers with creating board mechanicals, model making, and mock-ups; organized and implemented a storage system for completed job materials.
