Design concepts that include hand sketching, Line Drawings and any number of doodles needed to get a project going. Pre Engineering that can include exploded views, bill of material, material suggestions and graphic generation for conceptualization and of course Generating Final Renderings for Presentation.

As Lead designer at MCA i was involved with client meetings from start through final renderings, prototype and production. I spec'd out material,color,finish etc... what ever it took to insure that the concept that was presented maintained it's aesthetic bench marks.

Principal Designer in a five person department. Worked with sales staff to design permanent point of purchase displays. Handled previously opened projects to their conclusion. Duties included: computer-aided design, computer rendering of designs, pre-production graphics, design specs and technical illustration. Helped company increase profitability by designing several award-winning, multi-million dollar designs which took both gold and silver awards at annual POPAI show.

Off-site staff designer in a seven person department. Worked with account managers and clients to develop permanent point of purchase displays, trade show displays and in-store fixtures. Also developed total retail image and design themes.

ndustrial Design Coordinator responsible for technological research and integration as it pertained to overall design, client’s needs and utilization by design staff. Forecast fiscal year expenditures and budgetary projections relative to system and software acquisition within the design department. Duties included: system evaluation, acquisition and installation, maintenance and trouble shooting, software acquisition, evaluation and training, network installation, upkeep and integration into mainframe network.

Director of Electronic Design.
Responsible for the day to day operation of the department while still actively working on design projects. Duties included: pre-production graphics, die line generation, color correction and proofing of customer supplied art.

Aerographer's Mate
Duties included ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare with Secret Military Security Clearance. ASW work involved both sound and ocean forecasting. Served in both Reykjavik, Iceland and Brunswick Maine.

Hospital Corpsman
While aboard USS Nassau, performed duties such as prevention and treatment of disease and injury. Served with Marine Corp and provided emergengy medical treatment when necessary.
