Was born on 17th November 1973 in Lahore. Early education was from Lahore. Did Masters in Graphic Design from HUNERKADA Islamabad in 1997.

A designer by profession, started design career in 1997 with Daily Jang, Pakistan's largest selling newspaper. This job was started full time after just doing Masters. During the stay in daily Jang; started writing English and Urdu articles on various socioeconomic issues.

After leaving Jang Group in 2000, worked as an Art Director for BMA Technology (software house), Islamabad, Topical (Design and publishing house), and Dot Print (Design and publishing house), Lahore.

In 2006 established own Design house/ ad agency and continued writing as part time for daily Jang Lahore, The News Lahore, daily Aajkal & daily Mashriq Lahore.

In 2012 worked as a Project Manager for Institute of Peace and Secular Studies. Project was about De-radicalization. I arranged various competitions amongst different age groups such as Poster Design Competition, Poetry and Essay writing Competition across Punjab. I designed the promotional material for this campaign to be sent to different schools, colleges and universities. To have a maximum participation I obtained the database of addresses of all the Educational Institutions of Punjab by using my journalistic link with Higher Education Commission. I personally visited Educational Institutions. For that I visited several schools and colleges in Lahore, Kot Radha Kishan, Kasur, Chuniyan etc. I used my personal links in this connection with the principals, head of departments, dean, lecturers and school heads and got almost four thousands and five hundred entries from thirty six districts of Punjab. In a nut shell I would like to state that I solely managed this project and made it successful.

Represented Pakistani writers in the SAARC Summit 2011 in New Delhi, India. Wrote and presented research paper on the "Literary Legacy of Tagore, Faiz, and Nazrul Islam".

Attending and addressing various Seminars of NGOs like FNF, Individual land Pakistan etc.
