Matt Ames is a professional front-end web designer with seven years' experience in web & graphic design, providing digital marketing services and managing digital projects. He previously worked for both the Country Music and Tennessee Medical Associations where he facilitated a variety of technical projects and marketing campaigns.
Prior, he taught introductory web design and advanced desktop publishing classes at National College of Business and Technology in Madison, TN where he enjoyed sharing the knowledge that he has received both from professional experience and his own academic path.
Ames has also worked in a variety of other industries ranging from various non-profits to a web design shop performing similar duties such as building web sites, writing HTML & CSS code, creating graphics, managing marketing campaigns, SEO and providing technical insight and training to staff and clients.
He is proud to share that his packaging design for Aunt Pearlie's brand southern side dishes can can be seen (and purchased) in regional grocery stores in Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

A veteran of the United States Army, Ames has an Associate Degree of Applied Science from the Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Digital Communications from Franklin University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the National Scholars Honor Society.
He currently serves as a committee member for Farm in the City Nashville where he offers his experience to forward recruitment goals and also maintains his own gardening plots.
