I hold a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Columbia University and have spent the last 10 years conducting human factors/user research for technology R&D projects in different verticals including, k-12 education, higher ed, healthcare, financial services, power, biotech and pharmaceuticals. I have excellent research and interaction design skills .
