-Create new design styles and technical sketches for medical uniforms with fashion and functionality in mind.
-Design original all over and placement prints including florals, plaids, geometric, and novelty as well as recolor and

-Add styles seasonally with all material and colorway information and create artwork detail sheets
in PLM and prepare artwork packages to ship to vendors..
-Guide coworkers in the creation and execution of print designs and computer program guidance.
-Examine and approve repeats, lab dips, strike offs, and production samples for fabrics and trims.
-Travel to print shows with the Director of Product Development to purchase artwork for upcoming seasons.
-Upkeep and organization of print and style collection.
-Key player in the implementation and integration of YuniquePLM software. Responsible for training employees.
