PRODUCT MGR - MOBILE APPS
Responsible for app suite with over 3 million users * Assimilated an acquired app suite into Carbonite product offerings. Included a consolidation of apps, transition to Carbonite brand, and expansion of features & customer base for the app * Improved quality and stabilization of companion Android & iOS apps * Overall product definition and evangelizing of roadmap to key stakeholders

* User research - broad range of methods including interviews, surveys, focus groups, contextual inquiry, and task/workflow analysis
* Requirements analysis & prioritization - liaison between end users and development teams
* Functional/Interaction design - sketches, wireframes, prototypes
* Usability testing - all aspects, wide range of fidelities

Transportation safety research mostly for Federal Railroad Administration:
* Interaction Design – Hand-held software tool design
