I conceived and produced this event (also handing all creative directing, graphics, content, speaker engagement, presentations and modering panels), working with Kate McCallum and our C3;VisionLab, The Millennium Project and the Producers Guild.
I created the content, structure and focus of this event and together with kate McCallum, The Producers Guild and Millennium Project, we launched this annual event in 2010-2012
I not only put together the session content, engaged the speakers and moderated panels but also wrote the sponsorship packages and handled all of the graphics.
I also single handedly created all of the Prezi presentation slides for each session & Co-Hosted with LeVar Burton.
I Moderated this panel that included Sr. VP Marketing Don Levy from Sony Imageworks and several notable media and tech colleagues.
LeVar Burton was a wonderful Host and I was honored to co-host this full day with him.
We additionally showcased a fully immersive Media Dome experience and show at LA Center Studios feature Bell Gaia

This was the graphic I created for the 2012 event, which centered around highlighting how the music industry could amplify the messages people most need to hear in order to change things.

c3:VisionLab Branding + c3 State of the Arts SOA Symposiums 2010-12

In 2010 I was brought in to help develop a new symposium series for c3, a nonprofit Arts and Communication organization, to help highlight high profile innovations in digital media, the arts and communications. I developed the SOA (State of the Arts) yearly conference series. I created the conference format, content, yearly focus and Creative Directed & Co-Produced the event from print and web design to hands on development of the Prezi presentations and video media. I also Co-Hosted the event with LeVar Burton, moderated panels, over saw ever aspect of the event including marketing and advertising as well. I design and created the website and all artwork, as well as acted as primary copywriter. In 2011 the SOA event also became partners with the Producers Guild of America.
Also included below is a link to the video opening module we created. I also branded both the VisionLab and the event - all nomenclature, brand development and copywriting on all collateral.
